Tenecteplase
Definition: Tenecteplase, sold under the brand name Tnkase among others, is an enzyme used as a thrombolytic drug. Tenecteplase is a tissue plasminogen activator (tPA) produced by recombinant DNA technology using an established mammalian cell line (Chinese hamster ovary cells).
