Tapentadol hydrochloride
Definition: Tapentadol, sold under the brand names Nucynta and Palexia among others, is a synthetic opioid analgesic with a dual mode of action as a highly selective full agonist of the μ-opioid receptor and as a norepinephrine reuptake inhibitor (NRI).
